The UV-free LED Plasma Light Technology is the component that amplify’s the effectiveness of The Smile Bar’s exclusive teeth whitening gel, which, compared to other teeth whitening methods, gives better results in a shorter period of time.

Since The Smile Bar’s teeth whitening system is completely non-invasive, it does not cause any side effects like pain or tooth sensitivity. Some customers have experienced a very mild tingling sensation after the treatment, but this is completely natural and it disappears on its own after 24 hours.

The Smile Bar’s teeth whitening session is not recommended for (a) pregnant and breastfeeding women, (b) people wearing dental braces, and (c) children and teenagers under 16 years of age.

While this is not as effective as the in-salon teeth whitening, it’s a good alternative until they are already fit to avail of the procedure.

Since The Smile Bar’s direct whitening treatment is very effective in removing organic stains and discolouration, caused by food and beverages, smoking, and poor oral hygiene, it’s extremely rare for it not to work.

However, there are still some people who have specific diseases and/or a genetic disorder that could either prevent or make it difficult for them to get whiter teeth. About 15% of the global population fall under such conditions.

Yellow teeth are easier to whiten than gray teeth, since The Smile Bar’s treatment removes organic stains — caused by food and beverage pigments, smoking, and bad oral hygiene habits — to bring back the teeth’s natural whiteness, which is the original color of the enamel determined by genetics, prior to any sort of discolouration.

As our direct whitening procedure is essentially organic stain removal, it can help restore the original colour of crowns, bridges, and veneers. It is important to note, however, that The Smile Bar’s technology works best on natural teeth.

Since your teeth will be prone to new discolouration for about 72 hours after direct whitening, you are strongly advised to refrain from the following:

(a) eating heavily-pigmented foods like red meats and chocolates, as well as highly-acidic foods like vinegar, citrus, soy, tomatoes, and chili sauce;

(b) drinking dark-coloured drinks such as red wine, coffee, soda, and tea;

(c) smoking tobacco products.

Microscopic gaps are left on your teeth by the stain removal process, which you can help fill with a flouride rinse twice a day.

The difference lies in the concentration of the active ingredients, and hence, the recommended usage periods are also different.

Brilliant SmileTM WhiteningBOOST Toothpaste, which is the red one, is a more intensive formulation that you can use for a maximum of two weeks after getting an in-salon treatment. After this period, Brilliant SmileTM WhiteningEVO Toothpaste, which is the blue one, is the original formulation that you can use for long-term daily maintenance.

There’s no minimum order. You just have to pay the delivery fee on top of the cost of the products you ordered.

The Smile Bar Hong Kong delivers to fixed addresses nationwide.

A delivery fee of HKD40 applies to all orders below HKD500.

Delivery is FREE for orders amounting to HKD500 or higher.

If the first attempt to deliver was unsuccessful because of incorrect delivery address, don’t worry! We will attempt to redeliver at no extra charge — just be sure to provide us with the correct delivery address.

Unfortunately, changes are no longer allowed once the order is finalized. We suggest you just place a new order for the additional item/s you want, or you may also purchase directly from our store.

We accept payments via Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards, PayPal, and wire transfers. Cash-on-delivery is currently not available, but cash payments are accepted at the store for straight payments.

Yes, you can! During the checkout process, simply indicate the receiver’s name, delivery address, and contact information in the order. If it’s a gift, be sure to mark it so, as well.

If the products you receive have manufacturer damages or defects, you may have it returned or exchanged on the condition that they are unused or unopened, and that there are no wears and tears on the packaging. The products must be returned in the same condition that they were delivered.

The products must be returned and exchanged within seven (7) days of delivery. Beyond this window, returns will no longer be valid.

For individual products, sale or promo items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

For bundled products, the entire set must be returned and exchanged, but sale or promo items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

In the case of a valid return where the product for exchange is out of stock at the time of the request, it may be exchanged for another product of equal or higher value (for the latter, the difference must be paid by the customer).

Refunds may only be requested if an exchange product is unavailable, subject for approval, after the product has been returned and inspected. You will be notified via email of the approval or denial of your refund request.

If approved, the refund will be processed immediately and will be credited automatically via the same payment method used.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the shipping cost for the return of an item will be deducted from it.

No refunds will be given for cash payments. Store credits in the amount paid will be given instead, which may be used for future purchases.

Card-issuing banks may have varying turnaround times for the crediting of refunds. If your refund request is approved, you may contact your bank directly to check on the status of its crediting.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the product returned. We will mail you a gift certificate once the return item is received.

But if the item was not marked as a gift when it was purchased, or if the gift-giver had it shipped to himself/herself to give to you, we will send a refund to him/her.
